  • Sunday: Closed Inventory shown online may differ from in-store availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Prohibited Sales

We strictly prohibit the purchase of alcohol for minors. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we suspect “proxy” purchasing or if a customer appears intoxicated.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to Maryland state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, returns are generally not accepted once a product has left the premises, except in cases of defective/spoiled products (e.g., “corked” wine) with a valid receipt.

5. Limitation of Liability

Laurel Liquors is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of products purchased at our location. Please drink responsibly.
