1. How should I store my wine after purchasing?
To maintain the quality, store your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature (ideally around 13°C). If the bottle has a natural cork, store it horizontally to keep the cork moist, which prevents air from entering and oxidizing the wine.
2. How long does a bottle last once it’s been opened?
Most red and white wines stay fresh for 3 to 5 days if re-corked and kept in the refrigerator. Spirits have a much longer shelf life due to their high alcohol content, but they should be kept away from direct sunlight to prevent the flavor from fading over time.
3. Can you help me find a wine that pairs with a specific meal?
